Before applying please check that the following conditions are met:
- ✓ You are a registered charity
- ✓ Your location is within a 60-mile radius of London
- ✓ Your net assets are less than 1 million pounds
- ✓ Annual income or expenditure is less than 500,000 pounds
- ✓ You do not have free reserves greater than one year's funding
- ✓ You have completed accounts published within 6 months of the last year end
